What are some examples of felonies?

Common felonies include murder, rape, kidnapping, arson, and fraud. Second-degree felonies include felony assault, aggravated assault, manslaughter, and child molestation.

If I am convicted of felony, will I go to jail?

At GFT, we will do everything we possibly can to ensure that you aren’t convicted. But, if you are, you will face a minimum of one year in prison and may have to pay restitution to your victims.

Can felony be dropped?

The good news is that they can be. The bad news is that it’s not common. We will present the most compelling case possible to convince the prosecutor to drop the charges.
