About Felony Offenses
A felony is a serious criminal offense. Those who are convicted may be sentenced to imprisonment greater than one year and, depending on the severity of the offense, may be sentenced to death. Felony charges include aggravated assault, animal cruelty, arson, burglary, murder, fraud, vandalism, tax evasion, arson, check fraud, and other serious infractions. A felony conviction can seriously alter the course of your entire life, which is why it’s imperative that you have a good team of defense attorneys who know the law and will fight hard to advocate for you and do their best to prevent your conviction.

The conditions of felony probation include meeting with a probation officer, therapy, drug testing, payment of restitution, and community service.
